Delivery times vary depending on your order and lens prescription, but typically take around 7–10 days. We’ll keep you personally updated throughout, and once your glasses are dispatched, you’ll receive Royal Mail Tracked 24 details — ensuring your beautifully finished eyewear arrives the very next day.
We will discuss this with you and do everything we can to find a solution to the issue. If your issue cannot be resolved please see our Returns Policy
